In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing, registering with, or using any service offered on the 5bmv platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the 5bmv platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the 5bmv platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on 5bmv, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling under Philippine law as supervised by PAGCOR.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 5bmv. The registration of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. 5bmv reserves the right to identify duplicate accounts using technical, behavioural, and identity-matching methods without prior notice.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and keep such information current at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. 5bmv will not be held responsible for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements, 5bmv requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, and Philippine passport. 5bmv reserves the right to request additional supporting documents at its reasonable discretion.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5bmv login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify 5bmv support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 5bmv shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5bmv accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional methods may be made available from time to time at 5bmv's sole discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

5bmv offers various promotional incentives to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and game-specific promotional credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless expressly overridden by the specific promotion's individual terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may not be available in all regions or for all account types.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be completed within the stated validity period, after which unused bonus funds will expire without notice.
• 5bmv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Misuse of promotional offers, including bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of system errors, may result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings, account suspension, or permanent ban from future promotional eligibility.
• In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and a specific promotion's individual terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

By placing bets on the 5bmv platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All game outcomes on 5bmv are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-world physical outcomes conducted by licensed dealers in regulated studio environments.
• Bets placed and confirmed are final. 5bmv shall not reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of a verified technical error that materially affected the game outcome, as determined by 5bmv in its reasonable discretion.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the outcome of the round will be determined automatically and the result will be reflected in your account balance upon reconnection. 5bmv is not liable for losses resulting from Player-side connectivity issues.
• If a malfunction occurs in any game software, all affected bets and winnings may be declared void by 5bmv. 5bmv will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players and restore balances to pre-malfunction states where technically feasible.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5bmv platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registration of more than one account by the same individual.
• Use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism designed to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the house.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting patterns in live casino games.
• Exploitation of bugs, software errors, or vulnerabilities in the 5bmv platform to gain credits, bonuses, or winnings through unintended means.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud using 5bmv accounts or payment channels.
• Unauthorised access to other Players' accounts or impersonation of any individual or entity.
• Any conduct that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

5bmv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account relationship.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 above.
• Request by law enforcement, PAGCOR, or other applicable regulatory authority.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request submitted via the 5bmv responsible gaming tools or directly to 5bmv support.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including all applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Civil Code.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 5bmv, Players are encouraged to contact 5bmv support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. 5bmv will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute remains unresolved, Players may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the applicable regulatory channels.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

5bmv reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 5bmv will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The version of these Terms published on the 5bmv platform at the time of your most recent login shall constitute the currently applicable Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent revision was made.
